About Grand Harbor

Don Devito began his career in financial services, private equity, and venture capital. He spent a decade investing in and acquiring early-stage and lower-middle-market companies in consumer services, business services, and software verticals. Don led investment teams that deployed over $150 million of capital across more than twenty transactions. In 2017, Don co-founded Boston Dog Butlers, an end-to-end pet care platform and the first portfolio company of Grand Harbor Capital. Today, Don is a managing partner at Grand Harbor Capital, where he advises on operations, sales, and strategy for the portfolio companies.

Eli Sevigny started his career at a Boston-based middle-market private equity fund sourcing and executing buyouts and add-on acquisitions. He mentored directly under seasoned senior executives with decades of private equity and business management/entrepreneurship experience and led a team which generated hundreds of millions of dollars of enterprise value. While working in PE, Eli and Don founded Boston Dog Butlers, an end-to-end pet care platform with thousands of customers in Boston. In 2019, Eli launched a real estate investment fund where he managed the aggregation of multi-family portfolios throughout New Hampshire, concurrently he began work in consulting firm as a strategy and M&A consultant to large enterprises looking to execute strategic technology investments and acquisitions. Today, Eli is CEO of PYP Holdings and continues to oversee operations, marketing, finance, and strategy for all of Grand Harbor's companies.
